How we work

01

We simplify the path from need to delivery.

S.A. Capeo coordinates the commercial relationship, the selected partners and the delivery framework under one project structure, so a client manages one relationship for the whole assignment.

The four stages of an engagement

  1. 01

    Define the commercial objective

We align on the scope, outcomes, required capabilities and practical constraints of the assignment. That includes the budget it has to work within and the date it has to be done by.

    At this stage

A written scope, with the deliverables and constraints agreed.

  2. 02

    Build the right delivery setup

Depending on the project, we combine internal coordination with suitable specialist providers and external contractors. Where providers are brought in, you see who they are and what each is responsible for before anything starts.

    At this stage

A delivery plan naming every contributor and their remit.

  3. 03

    Coordinate execution

S.A. Capeo remains the commercial point of contact, keeping responsibilities, communication and delivery aligned across everyone involved. Progress is reported against the deliverables agreed at the outset.

    At this stage

Regular reporting against scope, with a named contact throughout.

  4. 04

Scale when the project requires it

The model adds specialised capacity as an assignment grows, so a company can take on larger work without building and managing every function in-house.

    At this stage

Capacity adjusted to the assignment, on the terms already set.

The model

04

A practical partner for growth and execution.

The model suits companies that value speed, accountability and access to relevant expertise, with a single commercial relationship in place of layered procurement and supplier management.

01

One point of coordination

Communication and project oversight run through a single commercial relationship, across all the parties involved.

02

Flexible specialist capacity

Capabilities are brought in for the assignment that needs them, rather than maintained as permanent overhead.

03

Commercially focused delivery

Engagements stay centred on business outcomes, practical execution and clear responsibility for each part of the work.

Commercial terms

05

How engagements are set up.

Scoped assignments
Each engagement is defined in writing before it begins: what is being delivered, by when, and at what cost.
Project-based pricing
Assignments are priced against the scope agreed. Where an engagement runs on a retained basis, the term and notice period are set out at the start.
Named accountability
One named contact holds the commercial relationship for the duration of the work, including where external providers are involved.
